Basic Information
This app is primarily designed for preschool children, but early elementary school children can also enjoy using it.
Please check the latest supported OS information on our App Store app page.
On iOS, you can share the Word Explorer Premium Plan with your family using Apple's Family Sharing. Family Sharing must be set up through Apple. Please refer to the Apple Support page below for setup instructions and eligibility requirements.

Premium Plan
With the Premium Plan, you can use all features without restrictions. The number of cards and quiz variations will increase, and you can also add original cards (CUSTOM CARD).
You can cancel your subscription from the App Store subscription management page. Please complete the cancellation process yourself. As a general rule, we do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers. Please also refer to the following Apple Support page:

Troubleshooting
Please try restarting the app. Then try "Profile" → "App Settings" → "Clear Cache". If that doesn't solve the problem, please try reinstalling the app.
If you are using the Premium Plan, tap "Profile" → "App Settings" → "Restore Purchase" to restore your Premium Plan registration information to the app and continue using the Premium Plan.
